Today we got up and made our first stop at Fort Vancouver National Park, again in Washington, not British Columbia. After seeing the fort, we headed to Seattle for a day of walking around and drinking coffee. While there isn’t a coffee shop on every corner, they do populate most corners. We walked around the piers and Pikes Place. Pikes Place was pretty neat ‘cause there were a bunch of little shops and was like a farmers market as well. We found the original Starbucks and I went in to get a cup of coffee. We then found another Internet café and had more coffee. From here we traveled to REI for a bit and then to the International District. I was able to get some more pictures of the city and we had dinner. Finally we decided it had been a long enough day and went to check into the hotel for the night.
