I spent my last weekend in BA. This was nice because I didn’t have to worry about making it back there in time to make my flight on Sunday, plus there was so much stuff I still had to see there. After getting back to BA on Friday, I set out to find a place to stay for the next two nights. I knew the area of town that I wanted to be in, so I headed down there. It was quite a fight to make it through some of the pedestrian streets with all of those people and me with my backpack on. It then took me going to five different places until I finally found a place with an available room! I knew that before I left Argentina that I had to see some tango. Friday night all of the places were sold out, so I ended up grabbing dinner and relaxing for the rest of the evening. Saturday I walked around town and saw a number of sites that I hadn’t seen my previous days in town. That night there was an electronics trade show going on, so I headed there to check it out. It was quite interesting to see everything, but not much different than what you would see at one of these shows in the US. I decided that my final dinner had to be at Rio Alba again. I had enjoyed it so much the first time I was there and couldn’t pass up another chance to eat there. Sunday I finally got to see a tango show after walking around the area of town where all of the antique shops are. There were also a number of people selling different items on the street, as well as street performers. It was a great way to end my trip. I got to see and do everything that I wanted and I’m already planning my next trip back to Argentina.
